Eurasian Journal of Family Medicine (EJFM)

Eurasian Journal of Family Medicine (EJFM) is an open access international journal which publishes clinical and experimental trials, interesting case reports, invited reviews, letters to the Editor, meeting, news and bulletin, clinical news and abstracts of interesting researches conducted in Family Medicine field. The language of the journal is English. The journal is based upon independent and unbiased double-blinded peer-review principles. The Journal is the scientific publication of the Eurasian Society of Family Medicine (ESFAM), and is published four times per year (March, June, September, December). Processing and publication of submitted papers are free of charge.

EDITORIAL

Dear Readers,

We are delighted to present Volume 15, Issue 2 of the Eurasian Journal of Family Medicine. This issue offers a diverse collection of scholarly contributions addressing some of the most pressing challenges facing individuals, communities, and healthcare systems worldwide. The articles span environmental health, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, medical education, women’s health, pediatric care, artificial intelligence, and clinical case reports, reflecting the broad scope and multidisciplinary nature of family medicine.

We are also pleased to share encouraging news regarding the progress of our journal. During the past year, the Eurasian Journal of Family Medicine has continued to strengthen its scientific visibility, citation performance, and international reach. As a result of this sustained development, the journal has been promoted to the Q3 category in the SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) evaluation, representing a significant milestone in our journey toward greater international recognition and impact. This achievement reflects the collective dedication of our authors, reviewers, editorial board members, and readers, whose contributions continue to elevate the quality and influence of the journal.

As we move forward, we remain committed to publishing scientifically rigorous, clinically relevant, and internationally visible research that advances family medicine and primary care while improving the health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities.
